|At GNPS it is possible also to generate a rarefaction curve of the input datasets. This rarefaction curve allows users to explore just how diverse the data set. To generate a rarefaction curve, users simply need to create a molecular network as described [here |Molecular Networking Documentation]. |
Once the job is completed, users can view the rarefaction curve by clicking on the Networking Statistics link.
This will take users to a page with text.
There will be two rarefaction curves, one with a global ordering of files, a second with grouping the file names by the original input groups.
