Data in repositories has traditionally been a data graveyard, with little to no re-use. We aim to change that at GNPS. One of the key pieces is Continuous Identification. This is enabled by default for all GNPS MassIVE datasets. For each of these datasets, a molecular network is automatically created for it. Additionally, the data is continuously searched against all of the GNPS spectral knowledgebase. Users are allowed to explore the identified molecules for each dataset.
Specific searches pertinent to each dataset can be found on the datasets page here . Users can choose the appropriate dataset they are interested in and upon clicking, for example find themselves here . There is a table below for continuous identification jobs. Users can click on the most recent to find the most up to date identifications for each dataset.
